Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are

AE Herman Associates LLC ("AE Herman," "we," "us," or "our") is a US consulting firm and a Predictive Index (PI) Certified Partner since 1975. We sell PI software licenses and PI assessments, and we provide consulting and PI Workshops. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit aeherman.com (the "Site"), contact us, respond to our ads, register for a workshop, or use our services.

AE Herman Associates LLC is located at 4016 3rd Ave S, Suite 1191, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@aeherman.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact forms. When you fill out a form on our Site, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and your message.
  • LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. If you submit one of our lead forms on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares with us the information on the form, typically your name, email address, company, and job title. LinkedIn may pre-fill these fields from your LinkedIn profile; you can edit them before submitting. LinkedIn's own use of your data is covered by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
  • Workshop registration. When you register for a PI Workshop, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and billing contact details, dietary or accessibility needs, or other information you choose to provide. AE Herman Associates LLC invoices for workshops. If you pay online or by card, payment details are handled by our third-party payment processor and are not stored by us.
  • Client and service information. When you buy PI licenses, assessments, or consulting, we collect the business contact and billing information needed to set up and manage your account. AE Herman Associates LLC invoices clients for workshops and consulting. The Predictive Index invoices clients directly for the annual PI license fee.

Information collected automatically:

  • Cookies and analytics. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. Our analytics tool, Squarespace Analytics, collects information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, and the site that referred you.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. Our Site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a small piece of code that lets LinkedIn and us measure the performance of our LinkedIn ads, report on website visitor demographics (in aggregate), and show our ads to people who have visited our Site (retargeting). LinkedIn may collect information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL, and a timestamp, and may connect this to your LinkedIn account if you are logged in. We do not receive information that directly identifies you from the Insight Tag; we only see aggregated reports.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the Cookie Settings link in our website footer. You can opt out of LinkedIn ad targeting in your LinkedIn ad settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To follow up on your interest in our services, including sales calls and emails about PI products, consulting, and workshops you asked about.
  • To deliver our services, including setting up PI software licenses and assessments, providing consulting, and running PI Workshops (registration, reminders, materials, and certificates).
  • To send marketing emails and newsletters about our services, events, and insights. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@aeherman.com. We will still send non-marketing messages related to services you use.
  • To measure and improve our Site and advertising, including through analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
  • To invoice for workshops and consulting, keep business records, protect our Site and business, and comply with the law.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and marketing platforms, CRM, analytics, event and registration tools, and payment processing for our workshop and consulting invoices. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • The Predictive Index. To deliver PI assessments, software licenses, and related services, we share necessary information (such as names, email addresses, and company details of license holders and assessment takers, and billing contact details so PI can invoice clients directly for the annual PI license fee) with The Predictive Index, LLC. PI handles that information under its own privacy policy and its agreements with us and our clients.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. As described above, LinkedIn and our analytics provider collect information through tools on our Site.
  • Legal requirements and protection. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AE Herman, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If AE Herman is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree.

5. PI assessment data

PI assessment results and related data are collected through The Predictive Index's platform. When we provide assessments to a client organization, that data is handled under our contract with the client and under The Predictive Index's privacy policy and terms. In most cases, the client organization (for example, your employer or a company you applied to) decides how assessment results are used. If you took a PI assessment and have questions about your results or data, please contact the organization that asked you to take it. You may also contact us, and we will help direct your request.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: for example, while we have an active business relationship, as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information (we keep a minimal record of your opt-out so we can honor it). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, such as access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and choosing reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Everyone can:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
  • Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@aeherman.com.
